At the Australian Financial Security Authority, we are committed to being a world-class government service provider who delivers services and information that meets the needs of our stakeholders and users.

We invite you, as a key stakeholder, to be part of the process of co-designing our future service delivery improvements and be involved in contributing to the enhancement and transition of our services to digital channels.

Initially we would really value your feedback about your interactions with us. We also aim to build a base of practitioners that are willing to engage with us in further research opportunities as we continue on this transformation journey.
