AFSA is committed to making sure the information we provide is clear, concise and easy to understand. This helps our clients make informed decisions when they are using our services.
Earlier this month we released an updated version of the Registrar’s Practice Statement for the amendment demand process. It’s one of the 9 Registrar’s Practice Statements that help clients understand how AFSA administers legislative processes for the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR).
The Registrar’s Practice Statements are fairly technical documents that explain how AFSA meets legislative requirements under the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth).
We want to make the Registrar’s Practice Statements more user-friendly and streamlined. We started by re-writing the Practice Statement for the amendment demand process – it’s now shorter, simpler and in plain English. We’re keen to know if you prefer this updated version.
